Once the Training Needs Analysis is complete we source the best training supplier for the job. We also negotiate their best rates and can schedule the training. The Kirsten Hemingway Corporation is unique in that no commission is taken from training companies and therefore the discount we get is passed directly to the customer. This allows us to recommend internal solution for some training projects if this is a more effective route.

We can also work with the internal training department to improve their service to the business.
Contract Consultant and Trainer Hire or Recruitment
It may be that one single person will be the best answer to the training needs for the company. This may be as a full time employee or a contractor we can help to source the right person in either situation.
Return on Investment Indicator
Provided that this is a service we are asked to complete at the beginning of a contract. The Hemingway Corporation can provide a report on what influence the training has had on the company’s bottom line.
