Hemingway Corporation believes in the value of effective training. Our definition of this is:
Training that is applicable and has an effect on the performance of the individual learner.
To deliver this kind of effect we define the needs of the individual and of the organisation they work in. We assess the individuals entry level (the capability they have already). Then select the parts of courses that are directly applicable and most beneficial. When we have collected everyone’s needs we are able to run a schedule that creates clearly perceivable value to an organisation.
We make sure that exercises and study materials are relevant to the organisation and the individual’s role. For example – if training in Business English - by creating a standard look across an organisation we can deliver the key English skills and organisation wide standard at the same time.
After the design phase we look at the logistics of the delivery to make sure we are making the best use of the training time available. Hemingway Corporation has wide areas of expertise and we are able to design training that is a blend of traditional and modern approaches. We also will liaise with other providers to ensure consistent delivery across the whole spectrum of required training.
To support the delivery and ensure sustainability we create structures that help to continually improve the performance of the learning.
