The Hemingway Corporation is a virtual company - in English, this means that our company has no physical presence anywhere. Each individual working for our company works from home or at our customer’s location (some ‘hot desk’ between many locations. We administrate the company from our Managing Director’s house in Avon. All of our consultants, trainers and developers are freelance professionals. This approach gives us maximum flexibility and access to experts in every field.

We are committed to the ideal that training should be enlightening, enjoyable and effective. To achieve this we make sure all training programmes are relevant to the delegates needs and applicable to their day to day working life. We want our learners to be able to use the new skill as a tool for their work. Training should be focused on the need of the learner not the knowledge of the instructor.

Our trainers are skilled communicators and have an ability to evaluate the learning style of the delegate and adapt their presentation accordingly.
