Libraries Courses

Using Libraries to share IT resources amongst the whole community is an ingenious notion, in practice it means that training has to be focused and take in to account the role and the lives of the librarians.

The Libraries that we have worked with to deliver this vision will testify that we took the time and trouble to really know their businesses and deliver the right solution for them.

The result is a number of courses that require IT knowledge, knowledge of the library service and a whole range of soft skills from coaching and training to knowledge management and negotiation.
