The Hemingway Corporation prepares for this training in the same way as we would for bespoke courses. We develop each course around the organisation's business and strategy. Taking screen shots of the live system for manuals and making sure we incorporate real exercises that delegates may be asked to do.
We have a strict and thorough recruitment policy which means that our trainers and facilitators understand how to deliver a class in the most beneficial way for the delegates. They are proud of their association with The Hemingway Corporation and they enjoy working with us because of the trouble we have taken prior to training to make sure they are delivering a real benefit to the customer. We have a code of conduct for our trainers which we enforce and monitor. Trainers complete forms to feedback to us daily - so that we can help any delegates who are struggling or forward information to delegates who need to follow on from their training day.
Delegates also give us feedback on a standard form which we usually develop with our customer so that it matches their own internal procedures for capturing data. All feedback is monitored as part of our ISO 9001 procedure. Marks at below average constitute a non conformance and a series of average marks will start an investigation.
At the end of the training that Hemingway Corporation has delivered delegates receive a certificate. If our customers allow us to we also provide support to delegates by telephone and email.
